AIM FOR TEAMS
AIM FOR TEAMS
AIM team reports draw on personality and maturity data to drive a team’s development, effectiveness and health. This unique combination of personality and maturity data on the team provides profound insights into how the team operates and what its preferences are. The AIM team report clearly highlights a team’s talents and gifts, blind spots and challenges, along with developmental themes for its growth. from both a personality and a maturational perspective. This enables the team to become much more aware of areas of cohesion and conflict which, when addressed, can lead to significantly better relationships and enhanced overall performance.
