Level 2: AIM for Identity Maturation – Early Bird
- Feedback on maturity part of the assessment with Aephoria coach.
- Identification of 2 case studies.
- Self-managed self-study on the MyQuest E-learning platform prior to course commencement.
- Attendance at 4 x 4-hour modules online on vertical development and Identity Maturation.
- Pair and individual homework between modules.
- Assignment – completion of feedback sessions and submission of verbatim with commentary.
- Level close out coaching session (30 minutes)
- Voluntary group supervision – online group supervision twice a month for 2 hours.
